Letter November 2022 - Committee of the Franciscan Family
Starting next year, we will begin the celebration of the Franciscan Centenary, which will run from 2023, with the commemoration of the approval of the Later Rule and the Christmas of Greccio, through 2024 (Stigmata), 2025 (Canticle of Brother Sun) and culminate in 2026, with the centenary of his "transitus" from earth to heaven. A joint celebration of the six Ministers General of the Franciscan Family it will take place in Greccio on 7 January 2023 at 11 a.m.
